SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

MOUNT CUSTOMER PARTS ON RACKS OR FIXTURES TO FACILITATE PROPER ANODIZING OR COATING REPORTS TO RACKING LEAD PERSON

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FROM PURCHASE ORDERS, SHOP ROUTERS, WORK INSTRUCTIONS, BLUEPRINTS, CMF PROCEDURES, SPECIFICATIONS AND VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS

2. MUST HAVE A BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE ANODIZE PROCESS

3. BE ABLE TO DETERMINE THE BEST METHOD OF RACKING/FIXTURING OF A PART TO ALLOW PROPER ELECTRICAL CONTACT, PROPER DRAINAGE AND TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL ARCING, GAS POCKETS OR POOLING OF PROCESS SOLUTIONS

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS.

• ABLE TO READ AND WRITE IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

• BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS

• ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 25 LBS

• VISION THAT IS CORRECTABLE TO AT LEAST 20/40 (SNELLEN CHART STANDARD)

SHIFT: 1ST – (RIGHT NOW- SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO COVID -19) 6AM-2:30PM (30 MINUTE LUNCH) M-THR
